What Is A Prepper?

A Prepper is an individual that is responsible and self-reliant; one that focuses on being prepared for an issue to be able to sustain livability.

TEOTWAWKI is a common acronym for Preppers to use. For those that are unfamiliar with the word, it stands for “The End Of The World As We Know It”. While there is energy focused on the final days, or “Doomsday” as it is also called, Preppers prepare for things that are likely to happen, as well, such as a man-made or natural disaster, or the loss of income.

Preppers are movements of people, or a single individual, who are most often very family-oriented. A Prepper understands that many people will suffer and are suffering and understanding the situation has taken or is taking steps to lessen the impact of what can occur, what can result.

Preppers are the type of people that when you think there is no way for survival in a situation, they understand how to survive. Preppers have knowledge and take steps to prepare, they stock up on items that are crucial for their continued well-being. They have alternative sources to create and maintain livability and are prepared for whatever life may throw their way.

Preppers are prepared for situations that are likely to happen and ones that are inevitable.
